Sendloop has implemented several protection and monitoring systems to prevent and discourage spammers and senders engaging in phishing campaigns from using our platform. This prevents email providers from flagging campaigns launched by our legitimate customers as not reputable.

One of these systems is the human-powered account approval process for each new Sendloop account. When you sign up for a Sendloop account and schedule your first campaign, Sendloop flags the campaign with a status of "pending" .

At this point, Sendloop's anti-spam team checks the email campaign, as well as the sources of the email lists and the account profile, for indications that the sender is a spammer or wants to engage in phishing.

If there are any issues, the team rejects the email campaign and notifies you of this action. The email includes instructions on how to correct the problem.

Once you have fixed the issues regarding your email and rescheduled the campaign, it gets flagged as "pending" again. If you've made the requested changes, Sendloop will remove the flag, and your emails will be delivered as scheduled.
