If you want to create a new subscriber list, you can do so with or without importing users. This article will cover creating a subscriber list independently from the user import process.

You can create a new subscriber list by going to the Subscribers page after logging into the Sendloop Dashboard.
Near the top right of the Subscribers page, click Create a new list to bring up the new list configuration wizard.
You'll be asked to provide the following information or choose the appropriate option for the following fields:
Once you've populated the fields, click Create to continue.
