If necessary, you can delete any of your mailing lists on the Subscriber Management page. You can navigate to this page by clicking on the Subscribers link after logging into the Sendloop Dashboard.

Each box on the Subscriber Management page represents a separate mailing list. Identify the list you want to delete, and click on Options located at the bottom right of the box.

On the Options drop-down menu, click Delete list. You will then see a page informing you of the implications involved in deleting a list:

Before deleting your list, we would like to inform you of the following terms:

• We strongly recommend you keep your lists active and use them in your email campaigns. This will help your subscriber reputation stay strong
• Each subscriber list is separate with its own data including unsubscriptions, hard bounce detections, spam complaints and other statistical data
• Deleting subscriber lists frequently will trigger our alert system and your account may be placed in the verification phase
• Deleting lists and adding new lists too frequently may cause your account to be closed
• Deleting lists and adding new lists with different email addresses triggers our alert system and your account may be closed as a result.

If you would like to continue and delete the list, click Delete list. Otherwise, click cancel or Return back.

If you continue, you'll see the following confirmation once Sendloop is done. The box is now marked with a striped background, indicating that the list has been queued for deletion. You will see a message like the following, which tells when the list will be permanently removed:

This list is marked for deletion on Apr 12, 2017 and will be deleted in 2 days.
