Keeping multiple subscriber lists makes it easy to organize the people who have signed up to receive your emails. At some point, however, you might like to change how you've separated out your users. One of the ways you can reorganize your users is to merge two subscription lists together to form one larger list.

Merging two subscriber lists requires two steps:

  1. Downloading the subscriber list you want to be merged into the second list.
  2. Importing the list you downloaded in step 1 into the second list.

Downloading a Subscriber List

After logging into the Sendloop Dashboard, click on Subscribers in the navigation toolbar to go to the Subscriber Management page.

You will see individual boxes, each of which represents a subscription list. Choose the one in which you're interested, and click Options on the lower right of the box. This brings up a drop-down menu where you can select Download subscribers.

Sendloop will then export your subscriber list into a .txt file. Your browser will download this file immediately, and when complete, you can navigate to your browser's download folder for your file.

Downloading a Subscriber List

While you're on the Subscriber Management page, select the list to which you want to import users. By clicking on the name of a list, you open up its Overview page.

You can start the import wizard by clicking on the Add Subscribers* button on the navigation toolbar or the one located on the left side of the Overview page.
