If necessary, you can manually remove individual subscribers from your email list.

To begin, navigate to the Subscriber Management page by clicking on the Subscribers link after logging in to the Sendloop Dashboard.

Click on the name of the list that contains the subscriber to open it up. You'll see the list's Overview page.

Click on Subscribers & Reports in the navigation bar to bring up the list of subscribers who are a part of the list.

Find the row corresponding to the user who wants to unsubscribe, and check the box associated with the row.

Click Unsubscribe selected subscribers. You'll be prompted to confirm your selection.

Click OK to proceed. If the user(s) were successfully unsubscribed, you'll see the following confirmation.
