There may be many reasons why you don't want a campaign to target certain email addresses; the user could've unsubscribed, or your received a spam complaint from that address. One way to manage these addresses is to use a Suppression List. This allows you to not send emails to these addresses (unless the person re-subscribes). Because you can create both global and local suppression lists, you can use this feature to manage users across multiple lists without having to make manual changes.

You can create suppression lists via the Subscriber Management page located in the Sendloop Dashboard. To navigate this page, click on Subscribers in the top navigation bar once you've logged in to your Sendloop account.

Click the Add Subscribers button at the top right. This launches the Import Subscribers wizard.

<aside> ⚠️ While it might seem strange that you're using the Add Subscribers feature, you can consider this to be adding subscribers to a suppression list.

Import Your Unsubscribe Requests

You can choose to import your requests in one of two ways:

Import Unsubscribe Requests by Uploading a Data File

Using the Import Subscribers wizard, indicate that you want to Upload CSV or tab-delimited text file.

Click Upload File to select and open the file containing your subscriber data. If you select a valid file, you'll see the following confirmation.
