If you want to integrate Sendloop with another application, you can do so using Webhooks.

What Webhooks Are

Webhooks are HTTP callbacks that you can use to obtain data, such as a subscriber action that occurs on your list. Whenever this happens, Sendloop will send real-time notifications via the HTTP POST protocol to the URLs you provide.

You can integrate your Sendloop lists and its subscriber activities with any existing system, such as a CRM or Intranet.

You can configure Webhooks for the following list options:

• Subscriptions
• Unsubscribes
• Hard bounces
• Opens
• Click-throughs
• SPAM Complaints

Setting Up Webhooks

You can set up Webhooks on a list-by-list basis.

To start, navigate to your Subscribers area after logging into the Sendloop Dashboard.

Select the list whose form you'd like to edit, and click Options on the bottom right of its box. In the drop-down menu that appears, click Settings.

On the Settings page, you can provide the appropriate URLs for the actions with which you want tracking.
